She had been asking her mother for a Forever Bear Storybook Experience for quite some time.

And when the day finally arrived, she stepped into it with a kind of quiet certainty—ready for her Forever Bear Storybook Adventure.

Our first stop was the wardrobe closet — and she knew exactly what she wanted. The overalls. Her mother carefully braided her hair to match, and in that moment, everything seemed to fall perfectly into place.

By the time we made our way toward the woods, she already had her bear tucked safely in her arms.

When I asked what she planned to name her new friend, she didn’t pause.

“LuLu.”

The answer came with complete certainty.

And somehow, the moment the name was spoken, everything shifted.

LuLu was no longer simply a Forever Bear waiting for an adventure.

She was a friend.

A fellow explorer.

A keeper of secrets, stories, and childhood dreams.

This beautiful little girl and LuLu went everywhere that evening.

The moment they stepped through the gate, it felt as though they had entered a storybook of their very own.

Through the gate and out into the open field. Along winding paths beneath the trees. Down to the quiet pond, where they sat together on a rock and read — because, of course, LuLu loves books too.

The field became a place to explore.

The pond became a place to share stories.

And with LuLu by her side, every path seemed to lead to a new adventure.

The Forever Bear Storybook Experience is more than a children's portrait session.

It is a childhood adventure preserved through fine art photography, heirloom artwork, and a custom storybook album created just for your child.

Held on my private 40-acre woodland property near Mars, Pennsylvania, each experience begins with a Forever Bear and a story waiting to unfold. Every child leads the adventure, and no two experiences are ever exactly alike.

As the afternoon unfolds, I photograph the moments that will become pages in your child's Forever Bear Storybook album. The images are carefully selected to fit the narrative — and then the storybook is written around them.

No two storybooks are ever the same.

Because no two children are.
