Session lengths vary: standard sessions typically last about an hour, while themed or seasonal sessions may be shorter or longer. We'll provide specific timing details when you book.

When will we receive our photos?

You can expect to receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks after the session. We'll notify you when your gallery is ready for viewing.

Do you offer prints and albums?

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. For full details, refer to our policies outlined during the booking process.

If you’ve been following our Magical Santa Sessions for a while, you already know this isn’t just pictures with Santa. It’s an experience — one designed to feel personal, immersive, and unforgettable for children and the families who love them.

Each year, our Magical Santa Sessions are carefully reimagined from the ground up. The set, the story, the details, the pacing — all of it changes. The story is never repeated, and Santa’s room is rebuilt from scratch. Nothing is mass-produced and we do not use backdrops. That intentional approach is why families across the Pittsburgh area return year after year — and why so many of our new families tell us, “You have made memories for us that our children will treasure forever.”

Many of our families make this a yearly tradition, returning again and again as their children grow. Others choose it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience, knowing these moments are fleeting.

For 2026, 25 families have already rebooked, securing their place before the season even opens.

That leaves only 5 sessions available at this time.

Although our 2025 sessions have concluded, planning for 2026 is already underway. The theme has been chosen, the story is being written, and the experience is once again being created from scratch.
