Welcome to Behind the Scenes of Santa's Elf Academy 2026

Every November, families step into a Christmas world that feels complete.

What they don't see is that Christmas starts taking shape months earlier.

While one person might be painting a wall, another is writing a story. A letter is being designed. Props are being collected. Marketing is beginning. Furniture is being moved. Every week brings us one step closer to opening day.

This year, I thought I'd invite you behind the scenes.

Over the next few months, I'll be sharing the progress — not to spoil the surprises, but to give you a glimpse of the care, planning, and creativity that go into creating our Magical Santa Sessions.

You'll never see this year's finished rooms before opening day. That surprise belongs to the children and families who walk through our doors for the very first time.

But you will see little pieces of the journey that bring them to life.

Christmas Journal Update

Week of August 3, 2026

This week, Christmas officially began.

Although our first Magical Santa Session is still months away, work is already well underway behind the scenes.

- Santa's Office has found its inspiration — a beautiful vintage executive desk.
- After several weeks, the first draft of this year's Storybook Album has been written.
- Advertising cards are designed and ready to order.
- Personalized North Pole letters have been designed and are ready for names.
- Elf Academy planning has officially begun.
⏳ This Week's Challenges
1. Clearing the room and creating a blank canvas for this year's Santa's Office. This is where the first chapter of Elf Academy will come to life.
2. Finishing the first draft of our 2026 Storybook Album and beginning the page design.
