2021 CHILD MODEL PROGRAM

Early Registration Form.

Thank you for your interest in our 2021 Child Model Team Program. Please fill out the application below and I will contact you to answer any questions and to register your child. There is a one time sitting fee of $195 (does not include any products. Packages start at 495) This fee covers your child's individual photo session as well as one stylized group session and any additional sessions that they volunteer for. The program runs from May 1 to August 30th 2021.

CHILD MODEL AGREEMENT

I understand There is a one time sitting fee go $195 that covers both sessions plus any additional group sessions or special project sessions that they volunteer for.
My child will be able to volunteer for any additional group sessions or special project photo sessions for the year of 2021 (Think pumpkin patch harvest or apple orchard group session. Should be fun!)
This program does not include The Magical Art of Christmas or Fairy Sessions.
All artwork is purchased at time of viewing. (collections and packages start at $495) We will be able to view a slideshow of all the best poses and moments from the two photo sessions.
