In my fine art studio near Mars and Cranberry Township, PA, fairy portrait sessions are never rushed. They are gentle and unhurried — giving little ones space to simply believe.

The next portrait - With a small lantern glowing beside her, she touched her toe to our make-believe pond and looked up at me with the most thoughtful expression.

In that moment, she wasn’t pretending.

She truly felt like a fairy.

As a grandmother, I know how quickly these years slip away — the believing, the pretending, the quiet confidence that comes from imagination. My goal with every studio fairy portrait is to save these memories in timeless fine art artwork that her family will treasure long after she has outgrown her wings.

Because one day, she may forget she was a fairy.
