What is your cancellation policy?

🎅 Experience “The Night Before Christmas” with Santa

Every year, I open my home for just three exclusive weekends, giving a select few families the chance to visit Santa in a setting meticulously crafted for a truly unforgettable Santa Experience. Our 2025 theme, “The Night Before Christmas,” brings our two newly designed storybook rooms to life, creating a magical world that captures the wonder, excitement, and warmth of the season.

The adventure begins ten minutes before midnight, when children quietly tiptoe from their bedroom — where they should be asleep — into the living room, only to find Santa resting where the presents should be. As he awakens, their private holiday journey begins: sharing cookies, reading stories, checking the Nice List, and so much more, all within a setting designed for timeless memories.

This is far more than a standard photo session. Children receive a personal invitation to this magical day, are greeted by Mrs. Claus at the door, and step into a home that looks like it belongs in a Hallmark movie. They spend 45 minutes with Santa, then visit our charming little bakery to select cookies, cocoa, and a Christmas book to take home — creating traditions the whole family can enjoy.

A few days later, families return to relive the magic and view proofs, selecting from heirloom-quality artwork and handcrafted storybook albums that preserve these once-in-a-lifetime moments.
