When I envisioned a session with two brothers, I pictured them running across a field on their way to fly a kite. However, the session didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. One boy would run in the right direction while the other couldn't keep up or wasn't in the right spot. This might seem like a problem, but my years of experience came into play.
My goal was to create a nostalgic scene with both boys together. To achieve this, I photographed each boy running separately and selected the best picture of each individual child. These images became the foundation of my final fine art portrait.
Then the real magic began. I meticulously placed the little brother into the scene where I wanted him to be, adding fine details to complete the image. I enhanced the sky for added interest and even repositioned a tree from the edge of the field to create the perfect backdrop. With digital painting, I completed the final fine art portrait.
I love the creative process and the challenge of bringing my vision to life. My aim is to create portraits of your child that tell a story, capturing moments that will be cherished and proudly displayed in your home for years to come.
